Somewhere on the Path

I paint landscapes the way I move through life: fast, layered, always catching something just before it slips away.

In this collection, paths appear through winding fields, disappearing into hills, and cutting across land. I see this as poetry to where I am at in my life right now. I’m not at the beginning, nor the end, but I am on the path and observing all I can along the way.

These paintings are made in stolen hours, alongside my three small children, in a studio that hums with the beautiful chaos of a full life. They are landscapes, yes. But they are also a record of moving through something.
